*Booking fee is applied to each ticket sold and is payable by the customer. All card processing fees and UK banking fees are included within the fee. No credit card or upfront payment is necessary for the use of our platform. For tickets sold in EUR and USD, the base fee is applied in the equivalent in cents. Booking fee is subject to local VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How do you charge for platform access?

We simply add a booking fee to your ticket that is payable by the customer. There's no upfront payment, no signup fee, and you don't need a credit card.

Can I change my plan once I have signed up?

You can upgrade at any point, and you can downgrade if you have no upcoming events on the platform.

Can I customise my plan?

We can customise a plan bespoke for your event or business requirements - please request a callback.

Can the booking fee be absorbed?

Yes, we can set your booking fees to automatically be absorbed into your ticket price. This can be set in your profile settings.

What currencies do you support?

We support ticket sales in GBP, EUR and USD. You can set up an event with different currencies for each date - for example, if you were doing a tour of the UK & ROI.
